What to Expect Before Your Appointment
For everybody’s safety we have had to make a few changes, but the level of care, professionalism and treatments will of course be carried out to our normal, very high standards.
Consultation forms; you will receive this prior to your appointment. I will send this to you via an text message. Please check and complete the form and send it back – there is an easy ‘click’ button at the end of the form to do this. Without this we cannot carry out your treatment.
Feeling unwell; please contact us as soon as you can to re-book if you feel unwell and have any signs of Covid19
At Your Appointment
I’m sure you are used to observing social distancing requirements, but a few other things we have had to introduce include;
Please only bring minimal belongings with you. We can provide water in disposable cups.
Arrive on time and alone and please wait outside; we will come and welcome you into the Salon. We will provide umbrellas if it’s raining.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided on entry.
We can now only accept card payments, and this will be taken when you arrive, before your treatment, as we are operating a one-way system and will be letting you out of side exit after your appointment.
Cleanliness and PPE
All nail stations, rooms, toilets and common areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between appointments and on a regular basis.
Myself and the Team will be wearing the appropriate PPE including a visor.
You do not need to wear a mask, but if you feel more comfortable doing so you’re welcome to bring your own, or we can provide you with a disposable one. Just ask.
